Current flowing through axle bearings damages the bearings and reduces their service lifetime.

Morgan Advanced Materials develops and produces earth return units to direct the path of the current away from the bearings through the wheels or axles, thus protecting the bearings.

Our systems axle and end return brushes and holders are approved for service with major rail companies such as SNCF, OBB, and LUL.
